Description

Shaangu industrial steam turbines are used for the driver of compressors, blowers, pumps and so on in of metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemical, general chemical and fermentation. It is complied with the standards such as API 612, EN, ASME, HEI, GB, JB, SH, HG and DL etc. The customized high-efficiency steam turbine satisfies customers’ needs. Its proven rotor dynamic technology and bearing design experience guarantees stable operation performance of steam turbines even in severe conditions. Shaangu advanced turbine technology resolve the conflicts between safe reliable operation and high economical efficiency of the steam turbine in the industrial process, and also the problems such as corrosion proof, explosion proof, moisture proof and dust proof etc. Shaangu steam turbine has excellent performance with good features of standardization, serialization and universalization. Shaangu industrial steam turbines include two kinds of series: condensing type and back-pressure type. The typical product is ST series.
STC series driving back pressure steam turbines cover series of 20/25/30/35/40/5/50/60. The maximum power can be up to 80MW, the steam inlet parameters range from 0.4MPa to 13.5MPa, the maximum exhaust pressure 3.5MPa. Steam turbine speed covers 2500-14500rpm. This series of products can be configured with a steam extraction mechanism according to the requirements
of users to extract a certain amount of steam for industrial use.
This series of steam turbine are generally used for driving compressors, blowers, water pumps and so on in industrial processes.

Backpressure Turbine

STB series driving backpressure steam turbines cover 20/25/30/35/40/50/60. The maximum power can be up to 80MW, the steam inlet parameters range from 1.0MPa to 13.5MPa, 540℃high temperature and high pressure parameters, maximum exhaust pressure 3.5MPa. Steam turbine speed covers 2500-14500rpm. This series of products can be configured with a steam extraction mechanism according to the requirements of users to extract a certain amount of steam for industrial use.
This series of steam turbine are generally used for driving compressors, blowers, water pumps and so on in industrial processes.

Steam Turbine for Power Generation

Steam turbine for power generation, which could efficiently reduce the waste of steam and heat at site, mainly applies for power supply, waste heat recovery and energy performance projects in the industries like steel making, petro-chemical, coal-chemical, chemistry, fermentation and power generation, etc. Shaangu steam turbine for power generation is of compact design, high efficiency and reliability. Maximum capacity could be 100MW and one stage adjustable extraction steam and one stage non-adjustable extraction steam at the most. The condensing could either be air cooled or water cooled. Reheat system and heater is flexible according to different water supply temperature of the boiler. Single reheating is optional for model type N 40 and onwards. High speed and high efficient steam turbine could be selected according to the steam conditions at customer’s, increasing steam generation per unit and reducing the steam and heat consumption.

Condensing Steam Turbine

N series condensing steam turbine is of single cylinder with single shaft, the inlet steam parameters is varied from 2.34MPa 390℃ to 13.5MPa 570℃. It is classified into 9 different types and 22 types, ie.3MW, 6MW, 12MW, 15MW, 25MW, 50MW, 65MW, 80MW and 100MW. The steam turbine for the steam turbine is 3000rpm (the speed for the 3MW is 5600/3000 rpm) and the steam turbine could be rigidly coupled with generator. High speed is applied for steam turbine with capacity up to 20MW, which could increase the efficiency and reduce the floor coverage, resulting in a compact and safe design.
Extraction device could be applied for steam turbine of this series for taking out of certain steam for further process on request of the client. In requirements in northern place the northern place in winter times, Low vacuum circulating water heating steam turbine (heating in winter times and power generation in summer times) could be selected to meet the requirements of the client in different seasons. Advanced digital electro-hydraulic governing system and safety device with different functions, which can be integrated directly with the DCS system of the power station, which is applied in our condensing steam turbine.

Backpressure Steam Turbine

B series backpressure steam turbine is of single cylinder and single shaft, available for steam from 1.27MPa and 350℃ to 13.5MPa and 570℃. It is classified into 6 categories (12 model types), i.e. 3MW, 6MW, 12MW, 15MW, 25MW and 50MW.The speed for the steam turbine is 3000rpm (the speed for the 3MW is 5600/3000 rpm) and the steam turbine could be rigidly coupled with generator. Advanced digital electro-hydraulic governing system and safety device with different functions, which can be integrated directly with the DCS system of the power station, is applied on our backpressure steam turbine.

Low Parameters Steam Turbine for Waste Heat Recovery and Saturated Steam Condensing Steam Turbine

Low parameter steam turbine, which is industrial waste heat utilization steam turbine highly recommended by the State and could recover the extraction and discharge of the proposed machine or the waster steam and hot water of the industrial process in an efficient manner, is widely used in cement, steel making and glass production, etc.. The power of steam turbine for the waste heat recovery is no more than 18MW and it is of reasonable structure, reliable operation and hydraulic or electro-hydraulic governing.
Remarkable energy saving and economic benefits meets with the great opportunity in the low temperature waste heat recovery fields. Sinter waste heat low parameter steam turbine (steam pressure1.3~2.3MPa, temperature280~380℃ and with side stream or extraction) and saturated steam turbine (steam pressure0.3~2.0MPa, condensing or backpressure) could be applied to drive blower, compressor and pump in the steel making and chemical industry, and to efficiently recover the waste heat of the industrial process, not only limiting the emission, but also reducing the operation cost, bringing remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
DN series is mainly used for low parameters and saturated steam waste heat recovery in the cement and steel making industry. The inlet parameter could
vary from 0.3MPa to 1.57MPa and 350℃. It is classified into 2MW、4.5MW、
6MW、7.5MW、9MW、12MW、18MW and 25MW. The speed is 3000rpm (the speed for the 2MW is 5600/3000 rpm) and the steam turbine could be rigidly coupled with generator. Condensor with bigger capacity and Low vacuum de-oxygenation will be applied according to the condition of the inlet steam.
Special treatment has been done on the blades of last few stages in response to the working conditions, greatly extending the service life. Advanced digital electro-hydraulic governing system and safety device with different functions, which can be integrated directly with the DCS system of the power station, is applied on our low parameter steam turbine for waste heat recovery and saturated steam condensing steam turbine.
